If you have a concern regarding a child and the Academy is closed, you can get support from Medway Children’s Safeguarding Board at Medway Council.
You will be able to get information, help, support and advice if you are worried about a child in Medway.

Medway now have a new referral and contact form for members of the public and professionals where you can report any safeguarding concerns about a child or young person. Once the form has been submitted, it will be reviewed and assessed and action will be taken.

Mental Health and Wellbeing
We encourage our parents/carers to contact us in the first instance if they would like any support or information regarding young peoples mental health and wellbeing.

The following free and confidential support resources are available for all young people:
Kooth
An online mental wellbeing community. Access 365 days a year to counsellors who are available 12 noon – 10pm on Monday-Friday, and from 6pm –10pm at weekends.
Access via mobile, laptop or tablet.

Childline
Chat online with a counsellor about whatever’s worrying you.

Emerge Project
Based at Medway Hospital. Youth Workers providing short term support for young people who find themselves struggling with self-harm or feeling suicidal.
